Conference facilities

Tips for planning a conference:

  • Determine the nature/theme of your conference: purpose, number of days, number of delegates, facilities required, activities to be executed.
  • Select a project manager or committee chair.
  • Other committees to be considered: accommodation, entertainment, facilities and services, finance, food and beverage, fund raising, public relations and community tours. Each committee will be in charge of various projects and be given deadlines to complete each project.
