Shopping mall

There are several shopping opportunities in Sherwood Park. Sherwood Park Mall, for example, has over 90 stores and services, including a department store and a grocery store. In addition to Sherwood Park's seven major grocery stores, eleven drugstores and three department stores, you will find several unique shopping experiences throughout the County.

Specialty shops

In both urban and rural Strathcona County, there are many exceptional treasures from over 200 local artists. You will find fine linens, vintage jewelry, china, glassware, elegant accents, collector plates, antique furniture, home accessories. There are gifts for all different types of people such as new babies, teachers, brides, nurses and golfers.

Pottery studios

There are several pottery studios located throughout the County for those who enjoy beautiful handmade pottery.

Farmers' markets

Stop by a farmers' market in Sherwood Park for fresh produce and local hand-crafted items. There is the Farmer's Market at Festival Place held on Wednesday evenings from May to October from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the parking lot, and the Baseline Farmer's Market held on Wednesday evenings from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Baseline Road in the Home Depot parking lot.

The Saturday Farmers' market

If you enjoy homegrown tastes at downhome prices, be sure to come to the County farmers' market. Vendors will be selling produce, bedding plants and handcrafts. Join us every Saturday from July 8 to September 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Chamber building parking lot on the corner of Wye Road and Ordze Road. First set of lights at the east end of Sherwood Park.

U-pick farms

In the summer spend an afternoon with the family picking fresh berries and vegetables at one of our many u-pick farms.
